We invite you to join us for any or all of our Advent and Christmas Events.

Christmas Caroling
Sunday, December 11 - 11:30AM - 2:00PM
Please join with us for an afternoon of caroling. We plan to gather in the Conference
Room after worship. We will then go out to bring some Christmas cheer to a few of the
members of our congregation. This is not just for youth, but for anyone who wants to
come out and sing!

Christmas Eve Candlelight Services
Saturday, December 24
4:00PM and 8:00 PM
The Moravian Christmas Eve Candlelight Service is one of our oldest and inspiring traditions.
The beeswax candles trimmed with red frill tell a story of a Holy Child who was born to bring
light and salvation to our world. We have two Candlelight Services on Christmas Eve.
The service at 4:00PM is designed for families with children. The service at 8:00PM is a more
traditional vespers service. Both include special music.
Join us on this Holy Evening to welcome the Savior, who is Christ the Lord!

Christmas Day Service
Sunday, December 25 - 11:00 AM
There will be a worship on Christmas Day at 11:00 AM. We know that this is a busy day
for many, but, between that time of opening presents on Christmas morning and the
time of gathering around the table for a Christmas meal, please know that there will
also be an opportunity for you to join us for this time of worship.

New Year's Day Service
Sunday, January 1, 2012 - 11:00 AM
There will also be worship on New Year's Day at 11:00 AM. We know that the Ball drops
at Midnight, and the celebrations make for a long evening and a short night, but,
before settling in to watch parades and football, we invite you to join us for this time
of worship and Holy Communion.
Christmas Program
Sunday, January 8 - 10:00 AM
No, it's not a misprint. Our Christmas Program will be Sunday, January 8 during our morning worship
service. This is both an awareness of how extra busy the holiday season can be, we well as an
awareness that Christmas isn't just a day, but a season as well. It goes from Christmas Day through
the Sunday closest to Epiphany (January 6).
Many often say that they wish that the feeling of Christmas could last a little longer. So, before
all of the trees are on the boulevard, and all the decorations are put away, and before all of the
new batteries for the new toys are exhausted, let us continue to remember what the real reason for
the season is, as our youth lead us in worship and we celebrate one more time that Christ, our
Savior is born!
