Readings For Holy Week
The Readings For Holy Week, is a tradition of the Moravian Church. The Gospel accounts of the events of Holy Week have been placed in
chronological order and are interspersed with hymn verses. We gather each day during Holy Week to follow Christ in the last week of His earthly life.
Following Christ in this way can be a simple, yet profound way to prepare for Easter by following Christ through the events of Holy Week from the triumphant entry into Jerusalem of Palm Sunday, to the Cross on Good Friday, and finally to the empty tomb on Easter morning.
Each service is about 30 minutes in length. If you are not able to attend the services, but would like to make your own Holy Week journey, you may borrow or purchase a copy of The Readings For Holy Week
from the Church Office.
