If you are looking for a place to hold a meeting, a family gathering or celebration, or a group event, the Parish House of the New Dorp Moravian Church is available for rent, and has many options that may fill your need.  In the Parish House there is/are:

 

        - A Main Floor Auditorium

                   . seating space for up 125-150

                   - a small stage

                   - a kitchen & serving area

                   - a very basic sound system

                   - handicap accessibility

 

         - A Lower Level Gymnasium

 

         - Several Classrooms for smaller meetings and breakout areas.

 

         - Ample Parking on site.

        Yes.  You do not have to be a member to rent the hall.

 

         Yes.  You may use the kitchen for meal preparation. 

         There will be an extra fee for the use of the kitchen.

 

         Yes.  You can bring in your own DJ or caterer.

 

         Smoking is not allowed in the Parish House or any church facility.

         Absolutely NO alcohol and/or a cash bar are allowed.

 

         Generally, set-up and clean-up are not included in the rental fee. 

        

 

         The Main Floor Auditirum is accessible with a chair lift.

         The other floor levels of the facility are not handicap accessible.

 

         We are sorry, but at this time the building  (built in 1915) is not air conditioned.
